Lead framer/Carpenter

Looking for a lead carpenter/framer that has experience and all fields we do a lot of exterior and interior work. I’m looking for a guy that I can put with to build a new crew must have own transportation and tools and can be left on a job by their self and complete overhead structures, framing, additions, decks,etc. also not limited to kitchens baths, flooring, drywall, etc. only looking to hire lead role guys to put with Labors to help Complete figure projects
