What’s a typical day as an HR Assistant ? You’ll be responsible for:
Weekly and bi-monthly time and attendance reporting for hourly and salary payroll processing
Monthly manpower reports
HR system onboarding for new employees and system terminations
Creating files for new employees and contractors
Management of service anniversary program
Assisting with pay discrepancy resolutions, managing leave banks, and other administrative duties as assigned
