We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team, the ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, able to multi-task, prioritize daily work, and have experience working on insurance claims.
```Duties```
-Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
-Contact insurance companies and update customers
-Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
-Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Familiar with insurance claims preferred
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks that the team members may request to complete projects efficiently and on time.
```Skills```
-Computer skills MS Word, Excel, Windows, Google Sheets, and office equipment.
-Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
-Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills able to interact with many people professionally and courteously which will represent our company
- Ability to multitask with a positive attitude and organization.
-Reliable transportation.
-Previous office experience.
- English/Spanish
