The Pathways will serve as an online reference guide to help Weatherization employees and employers better understand career and training pathways in Weatherization and will help market those pathways to the broader public.Hybrid work environment with potential for significant telework. Primary work location will be the Golden Rule Building in St. Paul.Minimum Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with graphic design or web content creation. Interest or experience in home construction, energy efficiency, or environmental sustainability.
