Heavy Equipment / Service Manager

Core Rentals is a family owned and operated Heavy Construction Equipment Rental Company based in the East Bay. Core Heavy Equipment Rentals is looking for a full time Heavy Equipment / Shop Manager. This is a full time salaried plus bonus position. This individual will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of five technicians and heavy equipment fleet within our growing fleet, shop and field services division.

Key responsibilities include:

Ability to influence Technician Contacts to bring into our company

Shop & Field Safety

Technician Advancement Training

Work Orders

Coordination of Technicians

Mechanical support of Technicians

Parts Location and Supply

Technician mechanical support

Job Qualifications:

3+ Years Previous Experience

Computer Literacy

Technician Software Familiarity

Effective oral and written communication

Journeyman level mechanical previous experience prefered

Great personality

This is a highly compensated position with a benefits package. This individual will sit on a weekly meeting team with the three leaders and ownership of the company.
