US Event Management is hiring a LEAD in Steamboat Springs

Type of Employment: Independent Contractor (1099)

Compensation: $50/hour per activation

Schedule: Events typically last 2-4 hours. Exact times and frequency will be communicated in advance. Candidates must have open availability to accommodate monthly events.

Needed for 4 hours every saturday: 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30, 4/6, 4/13 - Opportunity to be extended after this

Job Description:

The Brand Ambassador Lead plays a crucial role in the success of our events by managing on-site activities, liaising with clients, and ensuring the brand is represented professionally. You will lead by example, directly engaging with consumers, and guide your team to achieve the event's goals by passing out samples, informing consumers of the brand, and increasing sales. This role requires a blend of leadership, enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of promotional events, ensuring all activities align with the brand's standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns and fostering strong relationships.

Coordinate with your team, assigning tasks and filling in as necessary to ensure a smooth experience.

Conduct post-event surveys to gather feedback and insights for the client.

Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the event, engaging with attendees and promoting the brand effectively.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Possess alcohol certification or have bartending experience.

Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Ability to lift 25-40 lbs as needed for event setup/breakdown.

Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone for taking event photos.

Professional and polite demeanor with an approachable presence.
