Immediate Hire: Bartender and Server

For Immediate Hire:

We are seeking reliable professional Bartenders and Servers for our busy hotel bar and restaurant. Am and pm shifts are available. No late nights.

Part time right now - could grow to full time in the near future. The base pay is competitive, and the average tips are very good.

Important skills are:

Welcoming guests in a friendly professional manner.

Efficiently processing orders in the POS.

Crafting a variety of cocktails, especially the NOLA canon.

Serving food with professional hospitality standards.

Handling food and drink safely, with knowledge of proper sanitation.

Cooperating with team members.

Keeping up with fair share of cleaning and side work.

We are open every day of the year, so availability may be required on weekends and holidays.
