Asia International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team! We are family owned and proud to work closely with vendors, customers, and our internal team to provide the highest quality meat and the most trusted customer service. The ideal Customer Support Representative will have the ability to work well with internal departments and provide professional level support within and outside the organization.

Employee will be responsible for helping customer by providing product and service information. Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing concierge style customer service.

Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Strong interpersonal skills, high level of professionalism.

Strong communication skills - verbal and written.

Able to be make up to 60 outgoing calls a day.

Appeal FedEx claims that have not been approved.

Reschedule FedEx delivery time/date when a shipment was not received.

Ability to take over Asia International, Inc and The Wagyu Shop FedEx claims.

May assist Accounting when there is downtime.

Qualifications/Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Service orientation

Critical thinking

Active listening

Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office

Knowledge with FedEx website preferred

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

7:30am – 4:00pm with overtime as needed

Hourly Rate: $20.00 – 21.00 DOE
