Part Time Groundskeeper
We are a Mobile home park community that is seeking a reliable and personable groundskeeper for daily upkeep and maintenance for the park. The position requires a skill set covering a broad range of capabilities including, but not limited to:
Heavy emphasis on curb appeal and landscaping
Grounds maintenance, including beautification of the grounds and landscaping
Minor water repairs
Mowing, weed eating, grounds clean up
Light fence repair
Maintenance of buildings
Painting
Must be able to manage projects.
Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage.
Will be working side by side with property manager on special projects
Reports to the property manager and regional supervisor regularly.
On-site Training available
Must be organized, dependable, good with the public, positive attitude, a team player, self-starter, and highly motivated to get the job done!
Full time hours from 20-25 hours per week.

Must have a valid driver license and be able to pass a background check.
