Description COMMERCIAL LEASE MANAGER - Well Respected Family Company in LawrencevilleMy client, a well-known and respected family real estate company in Lawrenceville, is searching for a dedicated Commercial Lease Manager to join their team. As the sole point person for their extensive portfolio, the Commercial Leasing Manager will play a crucial role in managing their commercial lease operations.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic oversight of acquiring currently leased properties, ensuring smooth transitions and effective lease management processes.

Spearhead efforts to identify and secure additional properties adjacent to existing leased properties, optimizing our footprint and enhancing market presence.

Drive initiatives to market vacant properties adjacent to owned convenience stores, leveraging innovative strategies to attract prospective tenants and maximize property utilization.

Represent the company in negotiations with local governments regarding eminent domain condemnations and other related matters, safeguarding our interests and ensuring favorable outcomes.

Requirements

Demonstrated track record (2+ years) of successful end-to-end management of small commercial property leases and acquisitions.

Ability to formulate and execute strategic leasing plans, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization within the commercial real estate landscape.

Proficient in negotiating complex lease agreements and navigating regulatory frameworks, with a keen understanding of local government dynamics.

A self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and independently manage workflows to achieve company growth and profitability objectives.
