Nurse Practioner

Job Description:

Duties:

Provide direct clinical services to adult patients with pain related issues

Obtain patient histories

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Prescribe medications, DME, and diagnostic tests as needed

Perform appropriate procedures such as trigger points and joint injections
