Experienced house cleaner for short-term rental

Hi, we have a lakefront cabin that we plan to offer yearround as a short-term rental on Airbnb, VRBO, etc. We estimated roughly 80-100 per cleaning per year.

We're looking for a skilled and responsible cleaner, with high standards, to help us to take the rental to the next level.

We'd pay $20-25 per hour with quarterly bonuses based on positive guest reviews. Depending on the season, we expect the cleaner could make $150-$300 per week.

We're looking for a long-term collaborative relationship.
