Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ

Salary: $16-17.63 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Thursday, 5:30AM - 4 PM - 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday, 2:15 PM - 12:45 AM

Benefits Available: After 90 days

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

As a Packaging Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process. Responsibilities include inspecting and boxing finished goods, lifting cases of printed displays onto packing tables, and ensuring conformance to company standards. You will be responsible for checking displays for quality and printing accuracy, packing a specified number of packets per minute, and communicating any quality issues with the line tender. Additionally, you'll make boxes, place displays into corrugated cases, and secure finished cases on pallets. Maintaining cleanliness of the work area and equipment is a key aspect of the role.

Skills/Requirements:

Knowledge and adherence to food laws and regulations for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and FSC procedures.

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
