You will be the heartbeat of our HR processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our incredible team members. From onboarding new hires to facilitating employee engagement initiatives, you will be the go-to person for all things HR-related. For more information and immediate consideration, please call 818-703-8818.· Conducting efficient and welcoming onboarding sessions for new hires.· Managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.· Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.· Coordinating various HR programs and initiatives, such as training sessions and wellness programs.· Acting as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related queries and concerns.· Assisting in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to scheduling interviewsRequirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS.
