Experienced Insulation Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Insulation Technician/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insulation installation, including proficiency in various insulation materials and installation techniques. This position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects contributing to our mission of promoting whole home energy efficiency and true comfort for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Install various types of insulation materials, including fiberglass, cellulose, foam, and reflective insulation, according to project specifications and industry standards.
Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces, ensuring a proper fit and maximum efficiency.
Seal gaps and cracks to prevent air leakage and optimize insulation performance.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in insulation installation (or transferable skills).
Strong knowledge of insulation materials, including fiberglass, cellulose, foam, and reflective insulation.
Proficiency in insulation installation techniques, including measuring, cutting, and sealing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
