Part-time (Permanent) Bookkeeper / Office Manage

8-16 hours a week, in-person, two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday)

$22 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Office Manager of Saltire Software include:

1. Payroll

Process and keep track of timesheets

Running payroll on a monthly basis

2. AR/AP invoicing, billing, and reconciliation

Balancing bank account with reporting system

Monthly reconciliation

3. Running and reviewing monthly accounting reports

Review accounting reports for any anomalies and fix or report issue to CFO

4. Human Resources

Insurance updates

Employee record keeping

New employee documentation

5. Office Management

Interface with landlord / insurance

Qualifications:

2+ years working with QuickBooks

2+ years in an administration

Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word
