Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our HR department, assisting with various administrative tasks and contributing to key HR functions. This role is suitable for individuals who have a passion for HR and are eager to further develop their skills and knowledge in the field.Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee records in our HRIS system (preferably ADP) and other databases.

Help process employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, under the guidance of HR personnel.

Provide general support for employee benefits administration, such as assisting with enrollment and answering basic employee inquiries.

Assist with employee relations initiatives, including organizing employee events and helping to address minor employee issues or concerns.

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing basic reports.

Assist with basic HR compliance tasks, such as maintaining employee files and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance HR knowledge and skills.

Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by HR management.

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience in HR or related field is desirable.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements

Ability to work onsite in South San Francisco for 2 weeks starting March 12th
