IT Operations Manager
Description This well known Robert Half client is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead the IT and Help Desk teams and oversee the company's hardware, software and computer networks. We need an experienced leader / manager who can mentor, coach and build and support a strong team.
Direct, manage, coach and mentor the IT team
Maintain and optimize networks and servers
Device and password management
Oversee data backup and system security operations
Resolve issues escalated by technicians
Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems
Manage contracts with vendors
