Part Time - Employees needed for our Polo Season
Are you passionate about hospitality and looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment? The Polo Clubhouse is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Servers, Bartenders, and Kitchen Staff.
Position: Server
Provide exceptional customer service to clubhouse guests
Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs throughout their dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Position: Bartender
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and assistance as needed
Maintain inventory and stock levels, and ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked at all times
Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies and procedures
Position: Kitchen Staff, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, BBQ Cook, Dishwasher
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking under the direction of the Head Chef
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, and organizing inventory
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends as needed

Friday Happy Hour Matches, 3-6 pm (mandatory)
Saturday Matches during the day
Sunday Matches from 2-7 pm (mandatory)
Club Parties, and Special events. Hours will vary, but we will ask you to assist if we need you.
