Customer Service Representative

A wine import/wholesale company located in Lorton, VA has a customer service position open for a people oriented and energetic individual to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. She/he must possess strong database, interpersonal and communication skills and be very proficient in computer usage. Primary duties will include entering orders and providing customer service, supporting operations, answering calls, and performing clerical tasks. Must be organized, detail oriented and punctual. Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in multi- tasking office/administrative environment. Please list your software skills on your resume. Hours are M-F 8:30-5:30
