ATN Event Staffing is now hiring energetic Event Staff to assist with an exclusive energy industry conference. As part of our team you will be onsite to offer general event support and assist guests.

About the event: Featuring immersive pre-conference workshops, compelling agenda sessions, a collaborative exposition hall and multiple networking functions. This conference will bring together thought leaders and innovators from across the electrification spectrum, providing attendees with a wide range of opportunities for education and collaboration with an in-depth exploration of how we can work together to meet deep decarbonization targets through a customer-focused clean energy transition.

Location: Savannah, GA

Rate: Estimated $160.00/day ($20.00/hr)

Dates: Monday, March 11th - Thursday, March 14th

Shifts: Day shifts averaging 5-12 hours long

Exact shift options will be released for your review prior to booking commitment

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information

Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes

Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently

Contribute to various onsite activities

Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas

Provide general event assistance as needed
