Customer Service & Print Music Specialist

Dunkley Music is a family owned music store where we all share a passion for music with our amazing customers. As a full line music store we cover many areas from piano, guitars, ukes, band & orchestra instrument rentals, sales, repairs, lessons and more! We are looking to hire talented, driven Customer Service & Print Music Specialist to add to our team!

The Customer Service & Print Music Specialist is responsible to greet, and provide superior customer service to each guest in a friendly and efficient manner. In addition, the Sales Associate will handle their assigned duties including but not limited to: renting instruments to customers, presenting products to the customer, rotating product, clean & merchandise displays, stocking and displaying musical products, and cash register sales.

Job Duties:

Acknowledge, greet and engage guest upon entering Dunkley Music

Exceed guest expectations for service and build a reputation for ultimate service

Be attentive at all times to guests and be ready to serve

Ensure displays are clean, and well merchandised

Demonstrate positive, enthusiastic, committed and flexible attitude at all times, while promoting the importance of effective teamwork. (Open to work Saturday, we all work Saturdays and are closed Sunday)

Maintain positive working relationships through respectful, open and effective two-way communication with all coworkers, and management.

General Knowledge of band & orchestra instruments, guitars, pianos and print music is required.

Hours:

Full-Time – 40+ hours per week

Skills/Qualifications:

A passion to work in the music industry and a general knowledge of band & orchestra instruments, guitars, ukes, pianos and print music.

Must enjoy and be able to succeed positively and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Knowledge of general accounting/ cash register principles.
