EVO Looking for Line Cook

EVO Kitchen & Bar is searching for Cooks to join their team. Compensation starts at $23+ an hour inclusive of kitchen appreciation. Evo Kitchen is part of the Prentice Hospitality Group which includes Twelve, The Good Table and the Chebeague Island Inn; therefore the opportunity for career growth is very real.

Led by Chef Matt Ginn and Executive Mike Carney, Evo offers traditional and progressive food inspired by the Eastern Mediterranean while highlighting the amazing bounty of Maine. Evo has a modern sensibility, focusing on handmade bread, pasta, whole fish butchery, and so much more. You will work directly with Chef Ginn and Carney and Pastry Chef, Carlos Duarte to create a warm and welcoming place to work and dine. Evo is a professional kitchen with career-oriented Chefs. We focus on culinary education and putting out the best possible product.

Ideal candidates should approach their work with pride, passion, and love for the craft. Previous experience is appreciated but not necessary. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a good attitude are the most important parts.
