Non-Emergency Transportation Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

Dispatching and scheduling

You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask, communicate effectively, and manage your time efficiently.

You must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

Knowledge of service area (Boston and surrounding cities)

You will schedule vehicles to pick up and drop off clients to their medical appointments.

You must be able to schedule last-minute trips requests and be sure the clients reach their appointments on-time.

Requirements

Computer skills are required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
