Seeking Pawnbrokers & Sales Team Members

SALES/ EBAY/ BROKER:

Twin Cities Pawn is currently seeking an Outgoing Individual with Sales and E-Commerce Experience to Join Our Team at our Oakdale location. While working at Twin Cities Pawn, you'll gain the experience of working with a wide range of products from jewelry to firearms and everything in between. Compensation for this position will be $16 - $20 per hour, dependent upon experience, plus a monthly commission bonus.

POSITION AVAILABLE:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Employee: 30 – 34 Weekly Hours

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide solutions for customers in order to maximize profits, suggest other products to fulfill the customers financial needs using product knowledge, pricing, and exceptional customer service

Ability to maintain the company's key performance indicators

Keen attention to detail in order to accurately record every customer's information, brand, model, and serial number in accordance with APS/ Leads online

Operate a point of sales system

Performing other duties as assigned by management to maximize store production, profitability, and customer satisfaction while protecting the company assets
