We are seeking a responsible individual to join our team at Zia Family Focus Center. As

Program Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to students and staff. Responsibilities

- Setting up classrooms with materials

- Overseeing student attendance and dismissal

- Developing working relationships with families

- Assisting teachers in the classroom

- Assisting director and office manager in day-to-day tasks

- Maintaining an inventory of classroom supplies

- Organizing classrooms and storage rooms

- Creating a safe and nurturing environment for all students

- Administering first aid when necessary

Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience in daycare, childcare, or school settings

- Great organizational skills

- Detail oriented

- Ability to complete tasks autonomously

- Classroom management skills

- Knowledge of child development principles and practices

- First aid certification is preferred
