Facilities Manager

We are looking for a facilities manager for our new building, our property, and rental spaces.

Here are some of the things we’re looking for:

You will manage the building, landscaping, and rental spaces.

You must be able to manage contractors and outside workers.

You must be able to communicate clearly both orally and written.

You must be able to be organized and self-motivated.

Someone who is handy and can personally handle minor fixing items around the building.

Here are some things you must do to be successful in the job:

You must enjoy working with people.

Safety is a priority for us and you may have to use power tools, ladders or weed spray.

Be capable of carrying tools around the property to complete yard work or repairs.

We want you to take pride in taking care of the building and property.

Maintain building and facilities records and paperwork.

Here are the Duties of this position:

1. Complete building repairs and upkeep landscaping as necessary.

2. Wok with renters and manage rental spaces.

3. Must being willing to work with hands.

4. Coordinating with contractors on building projects.

5. Misc other projects that may need to be completed to maintain the building and property.
