Proficient in basic computer programs

Bilingual Spanish speaking is a huge +
Proficiency with Filevine, Lead Docket, and High Level
Strong vocabulary, grammar, and writing skills
Comfortable working in a paperless office

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Persistently monitor and answer all potential new client inquiries via phone, email, and text through our CRM.
- Screen Intake calls and obtain pertinent information to determine potential client’s legal needs.
- Send and collect sign-up documents to potential client and follow up accordingly.
- Obtain evidence from the client at the time of the initial call, including photos of injuries and any relevant documents.
- Follow up with pending inquiries.
- Update logs and reporting systems to reflect status on all potential new clients.
- Refer clients with non-personal injury cases to partner law firms.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
