Dental Prac Mngr / Front Office Mngr / Treatment & Ins Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Practice Manager and/or Treatment/Insurance Coordinator to join our team. As a leader and manager in our practice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. You will be responsible for training others in, as well as personally working with, managing patient treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee, manage, train, and ensure that all aspects of front office and business responsibilities run smoothly and efficiently
- Assist with HR and Payroll responsibilities
- Utilize Eaglesoft software to manage patient treatment plans and appointments
- Coordinate with dental providers to schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Educate patients on treatment options, financial obligations, and insurance coverage
- Collect and verify patient insurance information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Assist with office management tasks such as inventory management and ordering supplies
- Supervise and train administrative staff as needed
- Collaborate closely with the doctors and owners to help develop their vision and practice
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in healthcare management or dental office management preferred
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software
- Strong front office experience (treatment coordinating, insurance, billing, recall management, etc)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA, medical records management and utilization management processes
- Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides)
- Team Leader, Team Builder, and able to find and cultivate skills in others
