Controller Needed Immediately

Elitharp Companies in Eagle Idaho are looking for a full time/part time controller immediately.

Essential Duties:

Bank reconciliations, cash management forecast and close A/P, financial statement preparation.

Managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Managing and controlling the financing for capital spending.

Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and manage periodical reporting.

Support and oversee external financial reviews with CPA.

Analyze finances to determine risks and create forecasts.

Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks and deadlines with frequent interruptions.

Requirements:

5 to 7 years progressive accounting experience.

2 years of experience in construction industry

Bachelor's degree in accounting

Experience with QuickBooks systems and working knowledge software programs and willingness to learn.

Strong Excel Skills and detail-oriented

General knowledge and understanding of GL accounts and how they relate to invoices.

Ability to work well with others and climb stairs, as owners’ offices are on the second level.

Pay DOE, ability to choose own schedule that meets owner’s needs.
