Associate Attorney

Associate attorney position opening. Position involves assisting with all aspects of family law cases including draffting pleadings, briefs, pretrial memorandums, attending zoom and in person court, communicating/advising clients, etc.

You will work with the lead attorney and have guidance/supervision on your cases until you have adequate experience to handle matters on your own. Pay commensurate with experience. Prefer candidate with litigation experience. Salary to range between $65,000 to $75,000.

Part time is an option and schedule may vary. Some work can be remote.
