Job Description:

Spanish and English speaking is a Requirement

General office duties

Working with QuickBooks at Expert level

Accounts receivable and payables

Billing, collections and reconciliation for multiple companies

Business professional emails, presence, phone calls and texts

Excellent customer service, telephone skills and etiquette

Onboarding new employees and maintaining current files

Contact vendors for any billing discrepancies and resolve

Process reports through ADP for invoices

Create, update and maintain customer service agreements

Help with Marketing efforts

Organize paperwork, documents – ensure that everything is correct, up-to-date, etc.

Assist with job postings and recruitment

Site visits to help teams stay organized

Create and update standard operating procedures

Research, manage schedule vendors

Supporting Employees, Operations and Owners

Background checks will be preformed
