Handyman for Mobile Home Park

We are currently seeking an onsite handyman skilled in fixing manufactured homes who can provide job-by-job estimates and work through and complete the renovation of a mobile/manufactured home.

Must have recent experience in fixing mobile/manufactured home, rehabs, routine maintenance and repairs.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a neat and clean appearance and a professional demeanor, and a good working knowledge of all trades—from carpentry, masonry, concrete, tiling, painting, and drywalling to light plumbing and electrical. Provide accurate estimates, and job duration. Work closely with the park manager.

Requirements

Must have 5+ years experience.

Must have valid ID & Drivers License.
