Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead

Seeking a positive, detail-oriented Team Lead for a local, prominent and progressive landscape company. Quality work serving extraordinary properties. Excellent pay.

Candidate must have a passion for native high desert flora cultivated plants and including regular care, planting, pruning, pest management and overall vitality.

Team Lead will exhibit a strong and professional work ethic, communication and leadership skills. Team Lead will be proactive and able to identify and prioritize work, and will be able to manage crew within budgeted times. Candidate must have experience with standard trade tools.

Must be able to work 8-9 hours daily M-F. Valid and clean driver's license required. Bi-lingual a plus.
