IT Support Technician: all levels

IT Support Technician: $25/hr - $35/hr to start (depending on level)

+ bonuses, commissions, and perks

All staff may progress to a salaried position with Paid Time Off (PTO).

Technician salaries range from $4,000/mth (level 1) to $6,000/mth (level 3)

We are interested in your intelligence and personality as much as your education and experience. And there is always room for advancement particularly to role of account manager.

Level-1 Technician (aka Tier 1: requires basic IT capabilities can be trained)

Level-2 Technician (aka Tier 2: requires networking knowledge and/or experience)

Level-3 Technician (aka Tier 3: requires advanced networking knowledge and experience)

Applicants must be familiar with:

Windows 8-11 and Mac OS

PC Hardware, RAID arrays, etc.

Security Software, Malware Removal

Basic networking, TCP/IP, encryption, etc.

Applicants must possess:

strong people skills

college degree or equivalent

Responsibilities may include:

PC setups & cleanups

data transfers, HDD clones, etc.

hardware replacements & upgrades

troubleshooting hardware & software issues

smart-home/business automation setups

server maintenance & management

security camera installations, etc.

computer pickups and drop-offs

phone support / consulting
