Client Concierge

Flow Motion, a yoga sanctuary and healing spa located in Ferndale’s historic Carnation Building, is hiring a front desk client concierge to join our team. Flow Motion is a wellness sanctuary focused on health and healing through nature and an individual’s connection with oneself and others. We are looking for a conscientious, self-motivated individual who can prioritize and balance multiple tasks throughout their day.

Applicants should be familiar with and align with Flow Motion’s mission, live by solid ethics and moral principles, and should be able to build connections with clients while maintaining strong boundaries. Applicants should be receptive to feedback and open to learning, be passionate about self-care, and be a team-player with a positive mindset.

We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, can work quickly and efficiently, and has a love for helping people leave feeling better than when they came in since we do too. Desirable Qualifications

Willingness to be a team player and fill in as needed.

Knowledge and experience with computers and programs, like: Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc. and the ability to learn our appointment scheduling platform, WellnessLiving.

Excel at multi-tasking.

Prior sales, customer service, or appointment setting experience.

Stability regarding communications and scheduling.

Believe in and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Must be available weekends.

Hourly pay + Gratuities

Job duties are sales focused and entail answering phones and helping clients schedule appointments, greeting clients and getting them settled in for their appointments, checking yoga students into their classes, front desk duties like retail sales, cleaning and restocking the spa, client spa tours, laundry, and helping with tasks and special projects like inventory.
