Mid-sized California law firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Assistant with a background in employment and labor law to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and paralegals in all aspects of litigation, providing essential administrative and legal assistance.

Firm offers a hybrid work schedule. 3 days a week in the office after training period.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a litigation assistant or litigation secretary, preferably in employment and labor law.

Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation related to litigation.

Experience in State & Federal court filings.

Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
