Accounting/Bookkeeping Specialist
We are looking for a trustworthy individual to help our small business with accounting duties and executive support.
Description of Duties/Responsibilities
Prepare invoices for clients
Maintain accounting-related portions of online scheduling system
Prepare and/or review vendor and independent contractor invoices
Keep track of contracts to include storage and critical dates
Support executives with projects and reporting
General office support
Other duties as required
Requirements

Ability to multi-task and have strong time management skills
Demonstrate initiative, a strong positive work ethic, and be very detail oriented
Excellent communication skills with strong vocabulary and grammar skills
Demonstrate willingness to work and deal with people who have disabilities
Have strong working knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook.)
High comfort level with computers and computer software
Bookkeeping, accounting or contract management experience or knowledge
Positive Attributes
Experience with QuickBooks Pro Desktop
Experience with government contracting
Bachelor's degree
Location: Monument
Compensation: 42K-55K BOE
