Quality Control for Vacation Rentals

Overview of Responsibilities:

Inspection for cleaning and maintenance issues

Prepare property in a warm, welcoming visual presentation for incoming guests

Restock/replace inventory as necessary

Light cleaning

Skills & Qualifications Required

Self-starter, able to work independently and with a keen eye for detail and presentation

Must be dependable

Organizational skills a must

Vacation rental experience a plus ¬- friendly demeanor a must!

Be a Problem solver and team player

Must speak English – Spanish a plus but not necessary

Ability to use smartphone and work with mobile apps

Willingness to learn and participate in instituting new systems

Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs, bend and lift – this is a fast-moving job

Location: Multiple locations Key Largo to Islamorada

Reliable transportation to commute to the Key Largo office

Company vehicle provided for workday so must have valid DL and clean driving record

Schedule:

Day shift – hours vary with some flexibility

Weekends a must most of the year

Pay:

$18/hr to start plus quarterly bonus
