Problem-solving, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail are key components of this role. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise to create the Centers of Excellence across a matrixed organization. Collaborate on the evolution of the Center of Excellence (CoE) model to ensure it continues to meet the needs of Product teams, colleagues, and patients

Communicate and partner with field colleagues and internal stakeholders to solve problems that arise

Manage ongoing CoE modifications and expansion ensuring appropriate tracking and communication with cross-functional teams

Create internal reporting to support Activate Local team deliverables

Support talent acquisition, training, change management, and field execution/engagement working teams

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify synergies and influence to achieve Activate Local goals within the enterprise

Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience working in operations or product development roles within the healthcare industry

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure alignment

Adaptability and flexibility to support rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities to meet changing business needs

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in excel or other reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Powerpoint

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
