-At least 5 to 10 years experience in Residential, Commercial ,Service, and New Construction.

-Good work ethic and customer service skills, MOTIVATED

-Be punctual and show up to work, on time please.

Must have a valid FL driver's license, clean driving record,

Must have dependable transportation and all basic hand tools needed for the trade.

-Character: honest, reliable and able to demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude

-Good communication skills.
