1099 carpenter wanted

Im looking for help on a small frame to finish project. Job is located on Georgetown. The goal of the project is to provide a home that is in keeping with the "pretty good house" approach. All millwork and cabinetry done in house. Project is off grid as well. Would be willing to work with someone with less experience but interested in growing skills. Pay is based on experience.
