About the Role

This is a year-round, recession-proof, full time position with the following benefits:

Most work is located within 5 miles of Portland and performed in a healthcare setting.

Work is varied, including—but not limited to—: Carpentry, water damage remediation/repair, painting, general troubleshooting and repairs.

Company vehicles are supplied for work, so a personal vehicle is not needed for this job.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

Carpentry experience

Preferably experience and knowledge of the following: electrical, plumbing, HVAC

Close attention to detail

Great communication skills

Professionalism

High moral character

Close attention to detail

Great communication skills

Self-Motivation

Solid work ethic

Ability to problem solve

A valid driver's license

Computer/tablet/smartphone literacy

Ability to work with a team or independently
