Personal Care Aide Contractors Needed (Part-Time)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of independent contractor Personal Care Aides! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals with daily living activities, allowing them to maintain their independence and well-being.

About the Role:

As a Personal Care Aide contractor, you will provide a variety of non-medical assistance to clients

Provide One to One companionship and emotional support

Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming (as needed)

Meal preparation and light housekeeping (as needed)

Medication reminders and errands (as needed)

Transportation to appointments and social outings (as needed)

You will work directly with Health Providers to create personalized care plans for clients and ensure their needs are met with respect and dignity.

This is a contract position offering flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

All assignments are made available 24/7 in our scheduling App!

Qualifications:

No previous experience required, training provided

Strong compassion, empathy, and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

CPR/First Aid certification is welcomed

Drug Test is required

Training will be provided regardless of any certification
