Outpatient physical therapy company looking for a passionate and committed physical therapist to join our growing company in the Greater Boston area. Our company has 20+ years of experience of providing exceptional patient care and customer service in our communities. With 10 locations we are continuing to grow and expand our company throughout the Greater Boston region. Salary:

$45 - $60 per hour based upon experience

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum

Current and unencumbered Physical Therapist License issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (preferred)

Basic computer literacy skills

1+ year outpatient PT experience (preferred)

New grads welcome; experienced therapists encouraged to apply.

Job Duties + Responsibilities:

Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames

Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals

Possess a strong framework for musculoskeletal clinical examination, manual therapy skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be interested in actively participating in our community outreach

Possess a desire to be part of a team and be willing and able to work with a team of people

Be passionate about learning and receptive to teaching

40 hours (Monday - Friday)
