Job Duties and Requirements are as follows:

3 years of Sales Management Experience required

Must have strong negotiation skills

Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests

Establish and maintain relationships with customers

Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results

Recover quickly from setbacks

Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills

Must maintain a positive attitude

Strong willingness to learn

Must have strong leadership Skills

Must have the patience and capability to develop and train salespeople
