Apartment Groundskeeper - UP to $18/hr - NEEDED ASAP

Reliable Grounds Keeper needed for multiple Apartment Communities – some experience necessary!

We are looking for the BEST of the BEST…CALL TODAY WORK TOMORROW!

Job Description

Pick up trash & debris from grounds

Water plants

Lawn care

Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up.

Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.

Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary

Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters

Familiar with painting (by roller and spray gun).

Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment

Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus!

Must meet the following qualifications:

Possess a valid I.D.

Have reliable transportation

Willing to submit to a background check

The ability to safely lift 50 pounds
