Servers are responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness and presentation of Bar 72. Servers are responsible for exceeding the expectations of our members and guests by providing exemplary customer service daily.

Responsibilities

Greeting and seating guests promptly upon arrival.

Responsible for setting up and breaking down the dining room AND patio area.

Responsible for possessing clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available by the Club.

Bussing and resetting tables, running food, polishing glassware, polishing and rolling silverware.

Comprehensive knowledge of the food menu, including daily features and specials that may not be available directly on the menu.

Accurately execute Member/guest orders and requests in a timely fashion.

Restock to-go items.

Know Members names and greet them promptly in a manner to provide a warm welcome and making them feel at home.

Practice responsible alcohol service.

Responsible for maintaining good conduct and safe working habits while in all areas and assuring others are acting safely.

Move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The use of cellphone or electronic devices is strictly prohibited during shift or work hours.
