admin/office position
Growing property management company seeks candidate for office based position. The position would start on a part time basis, with pay rate, days and hours negotiable and could lead to full time. The position involves the following tasks:
fielding inquiries by email, phone and occasional walk in
directing inquiries to appropriate team member
dues invoicing, payment tracking and reminder calls/emails/letters
preparing mailings
census tracking
data entry/updating
other administrative tasks as needed
