Installer/Operations Coordinator for Floor Coatings Company

Stronghold Floors (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania) is seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist the Operation Manager with customer service, quality assurance, marketing content collection (pictures/video), inventory management and coatings installations (as a backup to the install teams). This position involves working with the Operations manager, install teams, Marketing manager and Sales team, plus a little interaction with our customers (mostly during taking pictures of projects - before, during, and after). Not a boring, sit at a desk all day or do the same thing everyday position. Yes, you can listen to music almost all the time! No weekend work, no overnight travel. All major holidays off.

Positions is a full-time position. Starting wage ranges from $20 to $25 per hour based upon skills and experience. Increases based upon performance, longevity and increased skills.

This is a Hands-On position that requires some field work with the install teams -primarily during larger than normal projects or when we are short staffed due to emergencies or illness. It involves all the same requirements & activities of our installers (detailed below).

No coatings experience necessary - we'll teach you. Position requires knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), but if you don't have that - no problem, we'll teach you.

You will be supported by the entire management team. We are a small group (12-15) that works together to succeed.

Position requires a valid driver's licenses in good standing. Employee must be able to pass a DOT medical examination (but does not require CDL).

The nature of this position (for coatings installation) occasionally requires:

some heavy lifting and working on knees

wearing of dust masks and respirators

wearing kneepads and use of small hand-grinders

work with epoxies, polyurethanes and polyaspartics

driving box trucks and vans
